Welcome

Welcome to our website dedicated to the life of an extraordinary man, Ben Lesser. We hope that your time here will be well spent and that as you get to know Ben, you will also learn from his stories about survival, starting over, tolerance and the importance of ZACHOR…REMEMBERING.

Ben is a survivor of the Holocaust, the darkest period of our world’s history. His story is one of thousands, each being unique, each needing to be told, heard and remembered. Ben knows this and today dedicates his life to telling his story so that it will always be remembered and the Holocaust never forgotten.

Ben and his family have created the Zachor Holocaust Remembrance Foundation, a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to preserve the memory of this catastrophe in Jewish and world history. Our immediate goal is to provide everyone who has the opportunity to hear the testimony of a Holocaust Survivor with a memento, a ZACHOR pin. This pin will be distributed free of charge, via the Holocaust Speakers Bureaus throughout the nation and hopefully the world. We, his family, have put together this website for exactly that reason - to remember - ZACHOR.

Thank you for your visit today. We hope that it will be of value and that you will tell others about Ben’s story and website.
